The Nehme team not only got the home under contract in less than two weeks with a full-price offer, but they negotiated a rent-back agreement with the buyer that allowed us to stay in the home for five days AFTER the closing to allow us to close on the new home, and move. That relieved a ton of stress and allowed us the luxury of not having to move into a short-stay hotel or inconvenience friends/family while were were without a home between closings.
